Welcome to EG Laser Engraving. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

All products sold on our website are customized and made to order according to the customer’s specifications.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Your order is final and cannot be cancelled once production has started
You are responsible for providing accurate personalization details, shipping information, and other required information

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you are:

At least 18 years old
Capable of entering into a legally binding contract
Agreeing to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Ordering

Orders for personalized products cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started
Please review all personalization details carefully before completing your purchase
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or errors

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€ / EUR)
Payment must be made at the time of purchase through our supported payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Stripe)
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update prices at any time before confirmation of your order

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on production and delivery conditions
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses

6. Personalized & Custom-Made Products

All products are made to order and personalized according to your specifications.

Photo Requirements:

Customers must provide vertical photos of good quality
EG Laser Engraving does not assume responsibility for the final product if the photos provided are of poor quality, blurry, or unsuitable for engraving
Customers are responsible for ensuring the photos meet these standards before submitting them

As such:

Returns are not accepted
Refunds are not provided
Exchanges are not available

This is in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(c):

“Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from the right of withdrawal.”

All sales of personalized items are final.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your personalized item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at:

info@eglaserengraving.ie

Please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos showing the damage or defect

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.
Refunds are not provided for personalized products.

8. Customer Errors

We are not responsible for:

Incorrect personalization details submitted at checkout
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

In such cases, refunds or replacements will not be issued.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of EG Laser Engraving and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

EG Laser Engraving is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Liability for defective or damaged personalized products is limited to replacement only, as stated above
EG Laser Engraving is not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by poor quality or unsuitable photos provided by the customer

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
By placing an order, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland for any disputes arising from these Terms.
