At EG Laser Engraving, we aim to deliver your custom products as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Processing Time

All products are custom-made and personalized.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after production is complete.
Delivery usually occurs within 24–48 hours from the time of shipping.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We use An Post for all deliveries. You can choose from the following options:

Free standard delivery is available for orders over €100.
Tracking is only included with the Tracked Delivery (€12) option.

3. Shipping Requirements

Customers must provide an accurate shipping address.
EG Laser Engraving is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. International Shipping

Currently, our standard shipping covers Ireland only.
For orders outside Ireland, please contact us directly at info@eglaserengraving.ie before placing your order.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or lost, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at:Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item.
EG Laser Engraving will provide a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing high-quality images for personalized products.
EG Laser Engraving cannot be held responsible for unsatisfactory results if poor quality or unsuitable images are provided.
